As long as it's UL-rated (or whatever the agency is in the country in which you live) and you don't run it under a rug or across the floor where someone could trip on it and cause your phone to go flying, it should be fine. My office at work has outlets in weird places, so I use a fairly heavy-duty powerstrip with a long cord so that I can plug in things on my desk.

Here’s the deal u plug the extension cord into the outlet and then your power brick into the extension cord so technically speaking u just extended your wall outlet
