Are all the email accounts accessed (mail sent and received) through the apple mail app on an iPhone secure? In settings for mail it is grayed out for S/Mime, with no available Option to encrypt emails.

Encrypting eMail on an iPhone:
It wouldn't be encrypted, but, if using WPA3 for your router's protocol, then it should be secure, if that is the protocol being used.
