Hello MosesFruity,

It looks like you joined the Apple Support Communities from the following page: If you can’t download or update apps on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support.

First, you'll want to identify your iPad model: Identify your iPad model - Apple Support. Once you've done so, you can then verify what version of iPadOS software the device can be update to. Look here to learn more: iPad models compatible with iPadOS 17 - Apple Support. As you can see, on the upper left of the page there is a drop-down menu you can check iPad models compatible with each iPadOS software from iPadOS 13 to iPadOS 17.

From there, on the iPad go to Settings > General > About, and check to see what version of the software is on your device. If an update is needed, you can follow the steps on this page to update the software: Update iPadOS - Apple Support.

If you are on the latest that is compatible with you iPad, you'll want to reach out to app developers to work with them to see if there is a work around to get the apps you want on your iPadOS version. Reference this link to learn how to contact an app developer: How to contact an app developer - Apple Support.

Best wishes!
