With Apple TV+ subscription why do I still have to pay for shows/movies?

I have Apple TV+ through T-mobile…bill is always paid on automatic payment (so it wouldn’t be an issue to the account being past due). But when I go to shows or movies, it only gives me an option to pay for content even provided by Apple. Why is this?!

Because that show is not an AppleTV plus show.

As pointed out by Niel, AppleTV plus subscription only gives you access to AppleTV plus content.

Just like a subscription to Netflix only gives you access to Netflix content.

Disney plus only gives you access to Disney plus content.

Max only gives you access to Max content.

Hulu only gives you access to Hulu content.

Peacock only gives you access to Peacock content.

Do you get it yet?
