I’ve ordered this iPad through noon 19 October 9 pm, received the iPad 21 October 6 pm, And when I unpacked it 22 October 4 am and used it for the first time I found out that the expiration date of the warranty is on October 20.
Do you guys have any idea about this? Kind of worried if the iPad was opened before I received it.

Current products do not have a cellophane outer wrap. The current environmental packaging uses a high-quality cardboard box - with tear-off plastic seals on the underside of the product box.
For current product, you should see two seals - similar to this photo:
If purchased directly from Apple, or an Apple Authorised Retailer, you should have no cause for concern.
A new Apple device, purchased from any retailer, should have tamper-evident seals.
Are you saying it showed an expiration date of October 20, 2023? Where did you buy the iPad?

As with the majority of warranties, your Apple warranty begins upon date of purchase - or at the very latest, from date of dispatch - and not from initial device activation.
Oh, so I shouldn’t be worried about the iPad being used or opened before receiving it?
How to know If these seals are intact, like which ones exactly I have no idea how to recognize/identify those seals
