Unlike iPhone, iPadOS for iPad does not have a battery health feature. Using unsupported methods to access the battery cycle count - such as using third-party Shortcuts to read data from Analytics files - may at best be unreliable, if they work at all. System software updates may change the format and content of Analytics data, requiring appropriate update of associated Shortcuts.
Depending upon task, CPU loading and screen brightness, you can realistically anticipate your iPad battery to be depleted at ~10-15% per hour of use. As such, you observed battery utilisation is well within this range.
If you have any concerns, you might consider contacting Apple Support - and requesting a remote battery diagnostic test. If any issues are identified, appropriate advice will be forthcoming.
