Clicked on Phishing link and started to enter information

I received a very convincing Phishing link by text last night claiming to be from my bank saying a new payee had been added to my account and asking whether I had added them. It clearly wasn’t me and I panicked. I clicked the link provided which took me to a spoof web page in Safari and I started to enter account number and passcode before realising I was being a fool. I stopped and phoned my bank immediately and they’ve taken steps to lock down and secure my account so my money is safe.

Having done this I’m now concerned my IPhone may be compromised. Every other thread I’ve read here indicates I’ll be ok as iOS and Safari is inherently secure in this respect but none of the other posters have actually entered details as I did.

Can I stop worrying or is there more I should do? My phone is an iPhone 12 mini running iOS 17.0.3 so bang up to date.

As a footnote I should point out that I’m normally very vigilant with these things. Last night when all this happened I was away from home, busy with something else and therefore distracted and not thinking straight. It’s a cautionary tale for the most careful of us.
