Screen Recordings does not appear on the Media Type List in Photos on my 9th gen ipad. How do I get it?

When you stop the screen recording, do you see the alert appear saying that it was saved to the Photos app? If so, let's open the Photos app and choose the Albums tab. From here, you should see "Screen Recordings" in the Media Types section.
