There isn't a built-in tool to only print presenter notes, options are:
1 - if you have a few slides, copy the presenter notes one by one then paste into Pages and print
2 - if you have many slides
In Keynote go to File > Export to PDF
Ensure the option: Include presenter notes is selected
Install PDF to Text from the Mac App Store
Import the PDF into PDF to Text and print
