Error with files in iCloud

Hello

Since some days ago, my icloud account is having some issues in my iPhone. Some days ago, the settings in the Weather app, are not being saved and it is asking me everytime that I open the app for confirmation of when do I want to shared my location, but the issue that has me more concerned is the fact that I am not being able to access to my files in iCloud, including Numbers. Also, althought I do not have any restrictions active, I am not able to log off from my account in the device. Have you experience something like this?

With the issues you're describing, start with ensuring your software is updated and then the apps. Updates can help by installing bug fixes and include security updates too. If an update is needed, back up first:

If that doesn't help or you're already updated, let us know more:

Does this happen when connected to a Wi-Fi network, when using cellular data only, or both?
Do any alerts appear when trying to access your data, and if so, what do they say?

I made sure to be up to date. All the apps and the iOS. The issue is happening either with Wifi or Cellular data. I tried both options

Finally, a point that sadly I forgot to mention: in the numbers app, appeared this : A operação não pôde ser concluída. (NSFileProviderEr-rorDomain erro - 2005.)

In english it will be: The operation cannot be concluded (NSFileProviderEr-rorDomain erro - 2005.)

And when I try open a folder in iCloudDrive it simply says: Content unavailable: The content of the folder cannot be displayed due to an unknown error
