Stopwatch keeps showing up on my Apple Watch

I upgraded to the OS on my apple watch last night. Now the stopwatch keeps popping up. There is no category in Settings/General to make it stop. HELP!

The first (and simplest) thing to try if something isn’t working right is to restart your Apple Watch and its paired iPhone. If necessary (device not responding), try a forced restart. Both methods can be found here:

If that doesn't help, the next steps would be to unpair and pair your watch again and restore from the backup just created. This should result in no loss of data. It deletes all temp and corrupted files and re-indexes the file system.

Then something is seriously wrong. You are in effect saying there is no way to turn off the watch short of letting the battery die. Your beat option may be to make an appointment at the Genius Bar in an Apple Store near you and let them look at it. If that is not possible, use then online Apple Support option. Either way:

Hi There Javaliga,

I've got some good information for you. Remember, I'm the one with the Apple Watch and we couldn't find the slider to turn off the Apple Watch? I called Apple Care today. The rep, Garrett, was very helpful, and we both learned something that he wasn't aware of either. This recent update to the Apple Watch OS moved the Turn Off slider to that little logo in the upper right. So when you hold down the button, you see the most urgent choices first and you need to go up to the right logo to then see the Turn Off option. I thought you might want to know (I used to be in software support with Unisys). Thanks for your help.
