How to run Windows 11 on my MACBook Pro 2019 using Bootcamp and NOT Parallels?

Looking at it from a European perspective, I have little understanding for the arrogance of Microsoft to exclude millions of Windows 10 users from an upgrade to Windows 11 due to new requirements out of the blue.

On the other side, I have little understanding for the arrogance of Apple not to consider that they can not provide all the software that Windows users need. They switch to ARM processors, for which Microsoft only provides an OS with inferior options. And the only option for people that need windows is to spend again money for "Parallels". And still it does not provide the full functionality of a Windows 11 64-bit intel installation! I will use my Apple devices only until the end of service and will then go back to the Microsoft world! I am not willing to be dependent on Apple, who sold me a top MacBook Pro 2019 with an intel i9 processor and now leave me alone. That is not the kind of service that I appreciate as a customer retention program!
