I have set my Watch numerous times to follow my location and all it does is remain in the home city. It also no longer shows the temperature or the weather forecast in various watch faces. Hopefully Apple releases an update to fix these problems as I see many other Watch owners are having them, hopefully AppleCare still is involved or maybe we should all go to Samsung
