Сan't log in to iCloud from any device
Hi all,
I find myself currently contending with a challenge concerning iCloud connectivity across a spectrum of devices, encompassing the iPhone, MacBook, iCloud for Windows, and various browsers on Windows, Ubuntu, and macOS. I have diligently sought assistance through user support . Preceding this, in my proactive attempts to address the issue independently, I opted to embrace the iOS 17 beta. The support team has advised redirecting my inquiry to the developers' support channels. At the moment, I'm on the stable version of iOS 17.0.3.
To provide context, in early August 2023, I discerned a discontinuity in the synchronization of photos with iCloud, subsequently receiving a notification on my iPhone indicating an inability to execute a backup to iCloud. Adhering to the official documentation for troubleshooting, I undertook a series of measures, including the verification of time synchronization, a network settings reset, and the removal of all VPN connections and associated software. Regrettably, these efforts proved unavailing. Further attempts to access iCloud on my PC, leveraging iCloud for Windows, as well as browsers such as Chrome and Firefox, yielded no positive outcomes. Even the utilization of a MacBook Air, belonging to my spouse, did not yield a resolution. Throughout these endeavors, IPv6 remained consistently inactive.
Upon attempting to access iCloud through a web browser, I am confronted with a "Connection Error: iCloud encountered an error while trying to connect to the server" prompt, redirecting me to the login page. Investigation into the debug console revealed an HTTP error 500: Unable to get partition assignment for CALD.
Your guidance and assistance in resolving this matter are earnestly sought, as iCloud plays an integral role in my professional endeavors, and the current impediment compromises the functionality of my devices. I extend my gratitude in anticipation of your support.
