Green text messages saying Not Delivered from Computer

Working from MacBook Air 2020 M1 running Mac OS Sonoma 14.0

Have had no trouble with sending messages until recently. Suddenly, green texts stopped sending. I get Not Delivered on any I try to send. I've closed and opened iMessage, I've rebooted the computer, I've searched to see if I can find any place where something might have been unchecked. I also checked Text Message Forwarding on my iPhone and re-set it. I was hoping that with the upgrade to Sonoma this will be resolved, but it was not. I can send from my iPhone or iPad, but not the computer. All blue iMessages are also sent ok. Any ideas??

I would suggest that you log out of iMessage on both your computer and your phone. Restart both devices. Log back into iMessage on your iPhone. When it has activated, log back in on your Mac. Then, on the phone, go to Settings>Messages and re-enable Text Message Forwarding. Make sure both devices are logged into the same Apple ID and connected to the same WiFi network.
