beats won't turn on (Beats Flex)
New pair of beats. They charge (the light blinks white) but they won't turn on. I have tried with reseting but nothing. Please help.

Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities! To confirm, to reset your Beats, did you follow the steps below:
1. Hold down both the power button and the volume down button for 15 seconds.
2. When the LED indicator light flashes, release the buttons. Your earphones are now reset and ready to be set up with your devices again.
