How to turn off "woosh" sound for sent texts, iPhone 14 operating on IOS 17.0.3

I've tried to google this, but everything directs you to go to the "Sent mail" option in "Sounds and Haptics." I have "Sounds and Haptics" but no "Sent Mail" option (and nothing comes up if I search that, either). No one, not a single person, wants to hear a woosh when sending a text, but they DO want to get a sound notification when one comes in. Is there ANY way to do this?!?!?
