I’m getting 250+ mbps to my phone on Wi-Fi when I’m sitting in front of my iMac which is only getting 6mbps iMac is Ventura 13.0.1

Further, on your iMac when it is connected to WiFi, Option-click the WiFi icon in the menu strip in the upper right of your desktop. You will get a dropdown box with a bunch of network information Pls. tell us what it says for:
Still in that same dropdown box, click Open Wireless Diagnostics. When the diagnostics window appears, DO NOT click Continue. Instead, in the menu strip (upper left of your desktop) click Window > Scan. Let the network scan run until it completes, then tell us the following:
Then Quit Wireless Diagnostics.
For starters, we need to know the exact model iPhone & iMac. And assuming you are using WiFi, the make & model of your router/access point and how you have it set up, especially whether you are using 2.4 and/or 5.0 GHz bands and if you created a different network name (aka SSID) for each band.
