How do I set up images to mail merge to labels in Word from Excel?

I am trying to create labels in Word from Excel. This is working fine.

But, I want to also import different pictures for each label, like a name tag, with an individual's picture. However, I cannot figure out how to set up the merge label to import/merge the images on the label.

I have included the .jpeg path on the Excel sheet (the column title is Pic). I listed Pic as the Merge Field name, but all it did was list the computer path of the images I have on the Excel sheet, no Pictures.

I've tried looking on YouTube and I can only find videos for Microsoft, not Apple. I can add pictures individually but that will be very time consuming. It's also a pain to add the path to each individual line on Excel.

(1) What is the Merge Field description I use to tell the Mail Merge to look for and import the image?

(2) Is there an easier way to add the computer path for each picture to the mail merge without having to add each pathway line individually on Excel?
