Viewing emails

Mail - View - Show Side Preview

If "Show Side Preview" is not present select "Show Bottom Preview" and then change to "Show Side Preview".

Failing that please give AppleCare a phone call. If you don't know the phone number in your area then please click AppleCare Contact Info to find it.

One other final thought, by chance do you have any of the following types of apps installed on the computer?

• Third Party antivirus app
• Third Party cleaning app
• Third Party VPN app
• Third Party Security app

If this is something new then either you, another user or a cat changed what you can see. Look in Mail apps “View” menu or please call AppleCare and they will guide you.
