ipados 17 has no puzzles or crossswords in news+

Apple has publicly said that, with the introduction of IOS17 and IPADOS, News+ will now have a category called “Puzzles” which contains crossword puzzles. This is stated in Apple GB online in the description of new features in News+.

I am in the UK and I subscribe to Apple News+.

I can’t find this on either my iPhone (13 Pro Max) or iPad Pro 5th generation.

Is this unavailable in the UK? If so, why doesn’t Apple just say so somewhere?

The puzzles are only available in the U.S.

It shouldn’t be too difficult for someone at Apple GB to say when the puzzles will be available.

I agree that this isn't at all clear. I'm in the UK and read on Apple GB online that it's included so paid a months subscription only to find it's not available. Not happy
