Siri Interrupting iPhone conversations

How do I get Siri on my i phone 13 to stop interrupting personal conversations when I’m not speaking to or asking for Siri’s help. Siri is clearly listening to my conversations, and it shouldn’t be doing that.

Go to settings>Siri and search> Listen for set to off, and toggle on Press Side button for Siri
