Apple Cash Europe (Help)

Hello,

I live in Europe and few days ago I bought new Iphone 15 Pro. I always use Wallet app for my cards I own, and I never seen Apple Cash option before, but on my new device (Iphone 15 Pro) it appeared. I've heard about that and I know its available only in the US but I don't know why I have that option in EU, so I just read more about that and I liked the concept of it, so I wanted to activate Apple Cash and try that even if Im not from US (I thought that maybe now its available in other countries), so I've done that. I accepted the rules, but I didn't done full verification process because Im not sure if I can legally do it, because I don't have US SSN Number so I didn't want to enter my EU ID Number because Im not sure if I can do something wrong (for example to enter my EU ID and to match someone other SSN Number in US). I don't know how to remove it now, because I don't have option in Wallet to do it? In conclusion, my questions are:

• Can I use Apple Cash in EU using my EU ID?
• If not, what should I do now when I almost activated Apple Cash, but I didn't do the verification process?
• When I double click power button it shows the Apple Cash, does that mean it is activated or not?
• What shoud I do now? I didn't done the verification process, so does that mean my Apple Cash account/card does not exist right now? And should I worry about something?

I wanted to contact Apple Support somehow using Online chat or Email but I didn't find any informations how I can do it.
