Photos getting downloaded from Temu app even after deleting on iPhone

I found that Temu was sending the pictures via an archived chat in WhattsApp.

You don’t get notifications for archived chats but still receive the messages on you device.

I deleted and reported the Temu chat as spam.

If concerned for account access, then (A.) verify your devices, and (B.)secure your account:

A. Verify your Devices:

Verify that all devices are logged in to your account, by using this link: Check your Apple ID Device List to See where you're Signed in - Apple Support

then...

B. Modify your Credentials:

Having been stollen, someone lily has your credentials. So, by all means, modifying them.

• Modify: your login credentials (Using Both a New eMail and a New Password for each and all sites)
• Associate: a different method of payment to your account
• Enable: Two-Factor Authentication for Apple ID and for all other accounts that have such an applicable option

Check archived chats in your WhattsApp

Delete these From Photos, if No Longer Needed:

Are these in the Photos App? If so, remove them from the Photos app. If they are from the app itself, then they would not be in the Photos App.

So I figured out the problem with this. If you have WhatsApp, that’s how they are adding photos to your camera roll. I had to block access from WhatsApp to my camera roll to have the photos stop showing up in my roll. Hopefully this helps. Temu is just using a back door we weren’t told about.

I’m having the same problem. If you find out how to stop it let me know.

If you have WhatsApp that’s how they are getting the pics to your photos.
