My iPhone 13 Pro Sreeen has turned green.
Date of purchase is 11 OCt 2022. After 1 year and few days, the screen has turned green. I am unable to restart the phone as well as force restart.

Troubleshooting a Green iPhone Screen:
Try Swiping-Down from the top-right corner of your screen. See if that rids of this window. If not, I'd say the iPhone is stuck in a boot loop(because it was updating), or is simply frozen.
