I’m using Apple Watch SE and iPhone 14 pro. In the latest ios update in apppe watch, it forcefully asked to change the passcode in the watch. Now I’m unable to enable the 4 digit passcode. What is the reason?

"If you can’t use a simple passcode or turn off your passcode
The Simple Passcode and Turn Passcode Off buttons may be unavailable if your synced iPhone is being managed by an organization, such as a company or school. Check with your organization’s administration."
