Cant Access My ICloud files on Macbook Air on the Desktop
I can't access my iCloud files in my folders. The folders are visible on my desktop, but when you open them, they appear to be empty. Please assist.-KOLOBE

If there is no content in your folders and none at iCloud.com/files, it's gone. You'll need to restore from your backup or check your trash for recoverable items.
Did you at some point enable and then disable Desktop and Documents sync? You have a Desktop - local and a Desktop - iCloud file. No doubt you named those as such.
Is there content in the folders at iCloud.com?
Last week, on the 20th, there was content in iCloud. However, now I can't access either the folders (meaning the content and files on my desktop are missing) or the content in iCloud
