I updated my Mac Mini to Ventura 13.3 and now I cannot log in due to not being able to get a cursor to allow me to enter my password. I read to restart in safe mode, which I did and it still will not let me. I tried to enter my Apple Id and it will not populate a cursor there either, so I am dead in the water, my mouse works, and the volume buttons work on my wireless keyboard, but nothing else.

I had a problem in Ventura for a while where I couldn't type into the password field until I connected the Lightning cable on my Magic Keyboard. I could then disconnect the cable and everything worked until it slept overnight.

In my experience, Logitech has a poor track record with their drivers. Most of their devices can be used with only basic features without their driver software loaded. Are you using their software which allows you to configure it? If so, see if they have an update.
Starting up in Safe Mode will disable their drivers, so you would have a basic HID-compliant keyboard. See if that works to allow you to type. If it works in Safe Mode, then it is the Logitech software.
Sorry it is 13.6, I just can't get in to see.....because I can't log in and I was updating the mini and two laptops. Acutally the Mac Mini I updated was to Monterey 12.7 not Ventura that was my new MacBook Air.
So it is Monterey 12.7 on a MacMini that I cannot login to, I cannot do anything on it except start, restart, and sleep
No, I cannot connect the keyboard with a cable :-( it is a solar logitech I was gifted and it has worked great. The sound buttons work but nothing else. And I was wrong it is Monterey 12.7 I updated to on my mini, not Ventura.
That is why it is usually a good idea to keep a Basic USB Keyword tucked away for this specific occurrence
Even if it means borrowing one for 5 minutes

As info, the most up to date version of Ventura is currently 13.6. Is your 13.3 a typo? If you don't have 13.6, I'd recommend you update to that and then test again.
