Did not get a verification code because of an old phone number

Hi There,

I hope you're doing well. I'm writing regarding my apple ID. I have my old phone number on my Apple account and i have rested my iPhone, but now I'm not receiving the Authentication code due to the old phone number. I have no access and this phone number is not active anymore. Is there any way to change the phone number now without resetting all the details?
