Can my iPhone get hacked?

I revived an email saying that they put a Trojan virus on my phone and now they can spy me using my cam , do I believe it or not

"They" are lying to you.

This message.....and anything else like it that you might see are......SCAMS......that are trying to trick you into buying useless software or worse......providing your personal details and information.

Delete the message. NEVER tap or click on a link in a message like this.

All such messages are scams pressed by criminals. Do not interact with the message or the sender. Delete the email. No other steps are required.

Scam message. Ignore it. As noted: A non-jailbroken phone cannot be hacked.

No, unless you give your phone to someone for a hour or so and also provide them with your Apple ID and Password.

Your iCloud account could be compromised though, if you give someone your Apple ID and Password.
