If you are a high-profile journalist, politician, activist or something similar and someone is willing go spend hundreds of thousand of dollars to get your data, maybe. Otherwise, as long as you haven't jailbroken your phone, it is highly unlikely.
Why are you asking? Are you having a problem with your phone? If so, describe the problem and I'm sure someone here can help you with it.

Accounts are easily compromised with poor passwords/security, but your iPhone, not so much. It is not uncommon for a user to believe their iPhone is hacked when something happens that they do not understand, but with the details on what they are experiencing we can usually provide the help they need to resolve the problem. In some cases, users cannot be convinced otherwise and there is nothing we can do to change their mind.
If a scammer can convince you into downloading a remote access app, they can take control of your device.
However, that only happens when the victim allows this to happen.
This is considered user-error.

Not unless you jailbreak it.
Make sure you keep your Apple account secure.

I’ve been in this community for a few years. The overwhelming consensus is, no. Your iPhone can not be hacked unless by extremely sophisticated actors. If you were that important it’s unlikely you’d be posting this question in Apple Communities under the name 1980naser
