Paying for Prime Video but won't load on my television
We moved recently to another state. We had Prime Video previously but it wouldn't open on our new Brava television. Our profiles appeared, but would not go any further. I thought maybe the account had been canceled somehow and signed up for another free trial in July and have paid August, September, and now October invoices. Still cannot view anything on Prime Video. Is there a number I can call to ask someone to talk me through the issue?
