why wont apple take the money off of my card after I made a purchase?
So I would buy something from a app and it would go through but I would wait hours to days and apple won’t take the money off my card. I don’t know what’s the problem.

Are you sure its not charging you?
Do you maybe have Account balance on your Apple ID? If so, it will charge that before any other payment method?
Do you have more than 1 payment method on your Apple account? If so, Apple will attempt to charge them in the order they appear in, and may not be charging the one you are expecting to be charged.
Is the App, using other payment methods and not the ones added to your Apple account?
Is the App maybe using Apple Pay? If so, it could be charging your Apple Cash account or a different payment method in the Wallet App and not the one on your Apple ID.
