Sending pics from camera roll to email in JPG and lost all metadata

Hi. I used to have an iPhone 12 Pro and I constantly shared photos from the camera roll using the email app within and including metadata. When I did it photos I chose to converted to JPG, without losing the metadata and it was alright. I recently got the iPhone 15 Pro and I did the same thing, but this time photos lost all metadata. I tried everything, but nothing worked, except sending in HEIF format and then converting to JPG in my PC. Does anyone know how to fix it? Thank you

iPhone 15 Pro, iOS 17
