My iPhone has been in repair under AppleCare for almost a month now. This is absurd. Who can I contact?

The official retailer "Amac" has been saying that my phone is damaged and I'm gonna get a new phone. However after nearly a MONTH of waiting they still haven't given me any clarity on how and when I'll get a new phone. This is absolutely unacceptable, and it's striking how lighthearted and careless they're treating their customers.

Greetings ThomasKop,

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. It looks like you're wanting information about a repair that is being completed at your local provider; Amac. They would be the best source of contact to get information about your repair and your device. So contacting them directly would be your best bet.

If you cannot reach them or are not able to get answers from them, reach out to Apple Support directly. If the Amac in your area is an official Apple Authorized Service Provider, Apple may be able to gain more information about your repair. You can reach out to them by clicking here: Get Support or over the phone by calling the number that is most local to your region: Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support.

Best wishes!
