How can I add multiple phone numbers to one contact name?Contact list

How can I add multiple phone numbers, 16, to be exact to one contact name? We have a family site name and I want to put it on my contact list to easily send a text to all 16 members.

Adding all the numbers to one contact will not result in a message being sent to all the numbers if you just select the contact name.

If you create a group message in Messages, you can name it and then, as long as you don't delete it, you can continue to use it to send messages to everyone in the group.

I understand it's 16 numbers but when you are sending a text message you can send it to multiple phone numbers just add them in the text to, even if they are listed in one contact

Yes, you can certainly pick each number from the contact. My point was adding all the numbers to one contact doesn't create a group. if you add 16 numbers to one contact and then just select the contact, you will not instantly get all the numbers. You still need to pick them one by one.
