Can I add prefixes to contacts on another Apple Account?

Question

Is it possible to add prefix to contact list items of another Apple ID via shortcut? In managing Mom iPhone I add her Apple ID to my iPhone.

To save her keyboard a contact we both need on our iPhones, when I add a contact with my list, I also assign list item with same name to her account.

However it’s confusing to see two list of same name. It’s easier to differentiate her list from mine.

After added numerous contacts we both need, is it possible to use shortcut to prefix her contact list ?

example , I have been doing following to add a contact in my iPhone to show in my iPhone and Mom iPhone by data entering once for following

1. Name

2. Phone number

3. Assign to List X of my account

4. Assign to List X of Mom account

Problem is contact shows two list X but not identifying X to which account.

When I edit contact in my iPhone to change from list X of my account to list Y, which of two X should I select?

If you’re not using the same apple account i guess this is not poissible
