Apple Health App - Copy Inhaler Meds to Respiratory Inhaler Usage

I have several Medications listed in the Health App. Some of these are listed, under type, as Inhalers and they prompt me to record when I take them. And, when I click on each med a graph shows the full history.

However, when I go to the Respiratory section of the Health App and scroll down to the Inhaler Usage section it shows No Data. And, the Data Sources & Access link on this page shows "None" with no way to link the taken Meds/Inhalers.

How can I populate the Respiratory Inhaler Usage data without entering it manually?
