Can I export blood pressure and heart rate data from iOS Health app?

Is there an easy way to export just blood pressure and pulse data from the iOS Health app?

I think in the past there was an easy way to email this data, but the only option I see now is an "export all health data" function which generates as XML file that needs to be converted in order to import to Excel. Something that was easy is now a multi-step process involving file conversion.

It seems that instead of making things easier they are getting more complicated with this app.
