How to find secrets subscriptions.
I have a secret prescription and it’s messing my card up and now I can’t download or update anything!

If the subscription is on your Apple ID, you can view it and cancel per the instructions in here:
If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support
If it is on your credit card but not on your Apple ID, which might be what you mean by "secret," see here:
If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support
