Apple mail stuck on indexing. Spotlight on Mail does not work.
For last couple of weeks I have problem with mail on my mac - spotlight function. It just doesn't work at all. After typing any type of information from name, address, mail subject up to the random names. I found possible solutions on the internet, there are what I already tried:
- Putting mac on a safe mode
- Updating to the newest os version. (OS Sonoma)
- Rebuilding all mailboxes
- Manually delating mail files form the library
- Unchecking mail form spotlight - shutting down computer - recheck.
Nothing works, after some of those action spotlight works for just one search...
Please help.
