Assign Subscriptions to specific payment methods

Apple, People continually ask for this feature. Instead of constantly replying "the primary payment card will be charged", instead "We will discuss this possible new feature with our developers and give the community what they want" would be a much better answer.

We have 4 people in our household. The subscriber gets their renewal emails, but I get all of the bills and have to move $$ around. If I can have my sons' subscriptions charged directly to their cards, that would be great, and my primary can be a secondary payment method if theirs should fail.

I believe that would be a process that many dedicated Apple users would love.
