I lost my phone, a lot was not backed up, how can I back it up remotely

Sorry, but backups have to occur......before......disasters. It's too late now, no way to back up the phone remotely.

Hopefully, your friend has a recent back on a computer or iCloud.

Recovering Lost Data:

Look in a place would would have backed it up. Elsewise, it is gone. For example, here is how you would troubleshoot Photos and Videos:

Locating Lost Photos and Videos:

I. Enable Photos and Contacts in iCloud:

On the iPhones, enable Contacts in iCloud.

On the iPhone:

1. Go to: Settings
2. Tap: Your Name (Top Item)
3. Tap: iCloud
4. Tap: Photos (so that it is green)
5. Tap: Contacts (so that it is green)
