Apple refused to refund of my purchase which I didn’t even subscribe

There is app which has free trial for 7 days i actived it but the same the i cancel de trial and subscription too from my app store even though they charge me subscription whereas I didn’t even subscription that i went to apple support and they refuse refund it’s shocking
