Screen unresponsive

After i updated to ios 17.0.2 my screen started becoming unresponsive and restarting the phone fixed the issue twice but then it just got stuck again so i tried restarting, updating, and even factory resetting the phone but still the screen is not working, i gave it to an expert to look at it because i thought maybe it's a hardware issue other than a software one but he said that the display is fully functional and that there is nothing wrong with it, i even updated it to ios 17.1 using my mac hoping it'll fix it but it still fixed nothing.

I tried everything but nothing works

PS. i only got the phone 3months ago

Hello hraf__,

For difficulties with your screen, you'll want to take the additional steps below:

1. Make sure that your screen is clean and free of any debris or water.

2. Disconnect any Lightning or USB-C accessories. If your screen works after removing an accessory, try using a different outlet, cable, or charger.

3. Remove any cases or screen protectors.
