iMessage notifications not working
Since I updated to iOS 17 I don’t receive notifications from my text messages or any notifications. I restarted. Turned them off and on. Changed the settings. I don’t receive any notifications.

You've done some great troubleshooting so far.
If you have a Focus enabled, that can impact your notifications. If needed, you can turn off a Focus using the steps below: Turn on or schedule a Focus on iPhone - Apple Support
1. Do any of the following:
• Touch and hold the Focus icon on the Lock Screen.
• Open Control Center, then tap Focus.
2. Tap the Focus that’s on to turn it off.
If you still aren't receiving notifications, you'll want to reach out to Apple Support: Apple Support They'll be in the best position to look into this further.
