Removing red dot from voicemail

I have just moved to a new contract and a red dot is showing in my voice email even though I have no messages

Unwanted voicemail message I have voicemail switched but since 17.1.1 update I now have a solid green dot on my phone icon and a solid red dot on the voicemail symbol. When I click on the red dot the following message appears Network Provider Voicemail. The only option is ‘call’ which then tells you you have no new messages and no saved messages ! There is no option to get rid of this message. Any help to resolve this will be appreciated. Thanks

Voicemail blue dot So, my voicemail is being weird. Anytime I get a voicemail I listen to it straight away or 5-10 minutes after. And it still is showing the blue dot on the side like I didn’t listen to all the voicemail. Anyone know why this dot won’t go away?
