I like the soft touch response of my Mac and iPhone. I recently bought the iPad Pro and the Magic Keyboard. Magic Keyboard requires a harder touch and while its not loud, makes an annoying click sound on each as I type. Help, please?
Short of substituting for an alternative quieter keyboard, mechanical key-clicks cannot be suppressed.
By contrast, system generated key-clicks can be disabled from iPad settings:
Settings > Sounds > [System Sounds] Key Clicks - set to OFF
