I bought a new iPhone 15 Pro and transferred all my data from my old iPhone. However, I am not receiving my Apple email or calendar items and not receiving all my text messages. I am trying to add my apple accounts but it will not log in to AppleConnect using FaceID and the password option doesn't seem to work either.

Are you unable to log into Apple services like the App Store? If so, take a look at the support article here: If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services - Apple Support.
If instead you are referring to an internal program authorized through your school or work (as you've tagged the iPhone belonging to the Business & Education departments), then we'd suggest reaching out to your IT contact for further guidance with your account credentials.
