Please someone should help me I can’t sign into my new device with FaceTime and iMessages what can I do ?

Also try restarting your device. That cleared up an activation issue we had, and it doesn't hurt to try.

If it still isn't working after a day, contact Apple --> Contact - Official Apple Support

Go to iCloud and make sure that they are enabled there first then see if you can log into the individual apps. Also make sure your time and location are accurate on the iPhone.
